Many smallholder farmers have been feeding Nigeria from generation to generation. They are the first line of actors in the market linkage process in Africa.
Yet these farming communities are the least rewarded in the value chain, barely benefitting from the progress of Agriculture in Africa.
We are correcting this by focusing on the welfare and the empowerment of smallholder farmers to fix food insecurity in Africa.
